National MIP Refunds - Where Is My Refund?

Please note that we will only follow up on refunds that were processed through our office and you have already submitted your Tracer Found Case Form along with your 10% service fee. Please download the Tracer Found Case Form to begin the recovery process. If you believe a refund is due to you or, are unsure if a refund is due to you and would like our office to assist you with the recovery, please initiate an inquiry now.

The normal processing time for refunds is now up to 120 days after the application is received by HUD. Please allow 5 weeks after submitting your request to HUD to initiate a request for follow up.
