Q1:   What is the cost of your services?

A1:   Our fees are straightforward. Compensation is a low percentage of each refund recovered on your behalf.


Q2:   When do we pay for your services?

A2:   We realize that dealing with government agencies can often times take months. The normal processing time by HUD for an FHA Mortgage Insurance Premium refund check is between 2 - 4 weeks after the properly executed application is submitted for payment. However, from start to finish the entire recovery process could take anywhere from 10 - 12 weeks. For this reason we provide you, the property owner, with two very flexible payment options:

  • Prior to our sending in your initial form to HUD you pay 10% for our services upfront and 10% 3 - 4 weeks later prior to mailing in your refund application. Your refund check is mailed directly to you from HUD.
  • Prior to our sending in your initial form to HUD you pay the entire 20% for our services upfront and the refund check is mailed directly to you.
